The activities include ‘Holi Chawtaal & Dhamaal’, he added, “I am proud to say that the competitions held at all levels have been successful for the past three years.”
He explained that he has requested the ‘Mandali’ to take part in the ‘Holi Chawtaal & Dhamaal’ celebrations this year. The preliminaries will be held on March 5 and 6 from 6.30 pm at the Maheswar Magari Road, 9th Mile, Triolet.
The finale final will be held on March 7 at the same venue from 6.30 pm with the celebration of Holika Dahan.
A prize giving ceremony will also be held where the first three winners will receive prizes of Rs 25,000, Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000 respectively.
Pandit Yogesh Bulyraj emphasised on the importance of this festival. “This festival of colour unites people,” he said.
