Open University: Registration in January for Classes that Start in February

The Open University of Mauritius (OUM), specializing in distance learning, offer to those who have the Higher School Certificate and those who work the opportunity to earn a degree, a BA, Masters, even a doctorate. For this, it is sufficient simply to have an Internet connection.

OUM has adopted Moodle, a course management system free online to provide such training. Students can log in and watch, live, the course on their computer while interacting with real-time lecturers.

The videos will be saved in the current studios Mauritius College of the Air. OUM also use the oldest building in the Mauritius Broadcasting Authority (MBC), Forest-Side.
