Education: Admission Prevok Ends Friday
The Ministry of Education informs in a statement that it is currently admitted in class (pre-vocational Prevok) of students who failed their first attempt CPE exams in 2012. Concerned parents should for this purpose to obtain a registration form at the school attended by their child, complete and return the schoolmaster later than Friday, January 18.

Ministry of Education has addressed this week a letter to all parents whose children failed CPE exams in 2012 and have not yet reached 13 years. These will increase the STD VI this year or be admitted to a school in the prevocational sector, more commonly known Prevok.

"A new program for a period of four years, has been in place since last year this sector. Best suited to the needs of children who have learning difficulties in primary school, it aims to develop in them the basic skills, academic and non-academic as well as prepare them for technical and vocational training, "the ministry said .

During the first year Prevok, adequate preparation will be given to the child, allowing him, if he wishes to take part in the CPE exams in 2013. If he succeeds, his parents will have the choice to admit the Form I in 2014 in the mainstream sector or continue in the prevocational sector.

Department invites parents concerned to learn about a card if the child will be admitted or Prevok if redouble its STD VI in his elementary school. In cases where parents choose the prevocational sector, the name of the school where he will be allowed will be communicated later. Note that on average 33% of students participating in CPE fail each year.
