The official launch of the Open University of Mauritius will take place within a week. Simultaneously, registration for the course will be open. They cost between 25% and 75% cheaper than those offered by universities already established.

Registration will be open for three weeks. A panel of university then carry out the selections. Selected students will be notified in late February and classes will begin in mid-March.
