Shopping Center Soon at Quartier-Militaire
A supermarket, a cinema, a food court, a restaurant and 3,000 square feet gymnasium. A shopping center with an area of 10,000 square meters will soon emerge in Quartier-Militaire, near the new roundabout of Saint-Julien.

Construction is expected to begin in October, once the final formalities completed, says Alain Saverettiar, which is behind the project.

This shopping center is an extension of the supermarket King Savers, located at Beau Vallon and directed by Alain Saverettiar. There will be eight times larger than the supermarket. "Local Beau Vallon are too small for the flow of customers," said Alain Saverettiar. He added that the mall Quartier-Militaire is a response to the request of a customer of the middle class from regions more distant from Beau Vallon.

"There is a need for facilities and services that do not exist right now. This is what we offer through a replica of what is already practiced at Beau Vallon. These are corporate values and prices to suit customers” says Alain Saverettiar. He said that the mall should be operational by late 2014. And, he said, five supermarkets King Savers should emerge across the island over the next five years.
