It is very important for directors and senior managers to understand their duties regarding laws relating to social media, data protection, intellectual property and cybercrime. What are the risks associated with social media and processing personal data in Mauritius? This workshop will also give and administrative overview of intellectual property law and the main offences regarding cybercrime.
