RHT: 5,000 shares to new directors 

The Board of Rose-Hill Transport Holding comes to endorse the decision to grant a greater number of shares to new directors to be appointed. So after two months of service, these directors will receive 5,000 shares of the company. RHT is listed on the DEM. 

LFL declares its dividends 

Livestock Feed Ltd has declared its dividend payable June 30, 2012. Those in possession of Ordinary Share will be entitled to a dividend of 90 cents per share, while those possessing 'Preference shares' will benefit from a gain of 1.20 Re. Livestock Feed Ltd. is one of the companies managed to increase their profitability for the nine months of its fiscal year. Profits after tax, increased to 31 March 2012 to Rs 72.9 million, against Rs 60.3 million in 2011. 

Beachcomber Tours wants to boost sales of Maurice in the Rhone Alps 

Fifteen of the top sellers of partner agencies Beachcomber Tours (Rhone Alps) were in Mauritius in order to enhance their knowledge and thus boost sales of Mauritius. Beachcomber Tours This initiative was supported by the Office of Tourism (MTPA) and Mautourco. During their one week stay, they visited several locations including the capital Port-Louis, the Citadel, Central Market, Chateau de Labourdonnais, the adventure of Sucre, Great Basin, Casela, and leisure centers.

Grants of Rs 138.9 million on diesel

The government had to pay Rs 138 899 334 last year as subsidies on diesel fuel to bus companies including Rodrigues.

This is the National Tranport Corporation, which received the biggest bonanza. It pocketed the tidy sum of Rs 59,634,000. In second place is United Bus Service, with Rs 34,638,432 as subsidies. Triolet Bus Service has pocketed Rs 22 million. individual companies have touched Rs 12,209,777. Rose Hill Transport was Rs 6.277 million and Bus Transport Mauritian Rs 3.46 million. Finally Rodrigues arrives with Rs 740,125.
