Ebony Lands Coveted

The lands of the Business Parks of Mauritius Limited (BPML) are coveted in Ebony. Fifteen promoters are approaching the BPML to lease land to construct buildings for lease. They want to engage in computer technology and the creation of office space.

Companies wishing to locate here are Centreview Development Ltd., Cyperplex Ltd, Ross Anderson Holdings, Arushi Development, Centreview Investment, Kingsgate Holding Company Bhumi Investment Capital Ltd. and Br.The Board of BPML examines the viability of these real estate projects and the financial statement of each promoter. The BPML does not find itself in a delicate situation and examine records scrupulously. The reason is simple: BMPL had to pursue some deadbeats who have yet to Rs 4.469 M. slates of Rs 2, 708, 868 to Rs 984, 222.04.

Land was reallocated because some projects were abandoned, including those of CEB, the State Informatics Ltd and WMA. They will be used for the construction of the Tower Maeva, the International Ltd. Proximity Mosther and Investment Company Bhumi. Two developers have reduced the size of their projects, namely the UoM and the Mauritius Post Ltd. The land they were originally intended to have been reallocated MTML, Maxcity Ltd. and Cyberplex.
