The representatives of Mauritius Ltd have submitted a list of 21 'particulars' which will meet the complainant. The case was referred to the May 30
February 7, Mr. Mallam-Hassam Cader, the avowed Nandanee Soornack had housed a Main Case against these two media groups calling for an order prohibiting them from publishing any article on his private life and that of the family Nandanee Soornack. "The Main Case was housed so that interlocutory order is considered temporary becomes permanent," said Me Cader Hassam- Mallam.
In his ruling, the judge had allowed Eddy Balancy press to discuss privacy Nandanee Soornack but had nevertheless issued an interlocutory order to prevent publication of the youngest Nandanee Soornack as well as the identity of the father of this child .
An interim injunction was issued on 5 January by Judge Bushan Domah temporarily prohibiting the two media groups to report privacy Nandanee Soornack. Subsequently, on January 18, the court had withdrawn the case and the judge Eddy Balancy who took charge of the case.
