Varma Case: PPS Reza Issack Arrested After the Summons of CCID

13h from this Thursday, June 20, 2013, PPS Reza Issack is heard by investigators CCID. He was arrested by officers from CCID shortly before 14 hours. Questioned "under warning" about the financial arrangement revealed by Jeannot family member was red implied by Mario Jeannot, as the mediator to convince their son to withdraw his complaint against former Attorney General Yatin Varma . He is accused of being an actor in a case of obstruction of justice. 

The police will want details of such discussions on the amounts of proposed during his meetings with Jeannot family money. Reza Issack confirmed Monday, May 17, 2013, on Radio Plus to have played a role in the mediation between Yatin Varma and Jeannot family. 

Mario Jeannot explained that Reza Issack part of mediators to find a common ground. On private radio, PPS said that it was not a question of money. However, an audio recording has shattered the statements of the protagonists involved in this case. The record in question evokes encounters between Jeannot family and mediators. It will be scrutinized investigators before it is tendered to load.

Investigators are waiting to listen Reza Issack, Mauritius Allet and Yatin Varma, will seek to determine the origin of the money that was at stake, the amount that would have been proposed by Yatin Varma to Jeannot family. Former Attorney General would understand that he had to make a trip to South Africa to recover this amount from a man named Raj. The police are trying to track the financial, which would be a businessman.

In his testimony, Mario Jeannot has provided investigators the license plate numbers of cars in which Yatin Varma, Reza Issack and Maurice allet would come to meet him. He also gave descriptions of the clothes they wore. Citing specific dates, he urged investigators to view CCTV footage to various places where these meetings have taken place to support its contention.
