The noose is tightening around Govinduth Lutchman, alias Sanjeev. This character has a portfolio of Rs 640 million in Whitedot International Consultancy Ltd.. Saturday, the Hemant Jangi of the ACP subjected him to a barrage of questions about Financial Consultant Company Ltd, a company he established in England.

To date, investigators have recovered in Whitedot case that the sum of Rs 1 million, a fraction of which Rs 510 million have been scammed.

The detectives of the Central CID interested in Financial Consultant Company Ltd., founded a year ago in England, it’s funding and management by Sanjeev Lutchman who is defended by Arasen Kallee. The most surprising is that the company does not have a bank account in his name.

Sanjeev had to explain the financial transactions of the company in England. The sleuths strongly suspect the company to proceed under the same Ponzi scheme that Whitedot International.

The sales manager was confronted with the release Mussoddee Arun, 23, alleged mastermind of this fraud. The outgoing director of Whitedot explains Sanjeev Lutchman managed the finances. This resident of Pointe-aux-Sables says investigators that he was indeed responsible for Whitedot, his task was to recover the money of investors and to sign contracts. "This is Arun Mussoddee that at the end of the day, had recoup its investment in the company's headquarters in Quatre-Bornes."

Police arrested and questioned Giandev Lutchman, Rekha Lutchman and Dylan Moochooram respectively father, wife and nephew of Sanjeev Lutchman. The detectives of the CID were also questioned Sanjeev's sister.

The latter acted as agent in the company. His bank account was scrutinized. The detectives want to know where are the Rs 250,000. According to the sister is Sanjeev which would have given him the money. The main person insane.

When the police calls, Giandev Lutchman family camped in Flic-en-Flac. During a raid in the area, the police seized a locked bag containing two laptops and an iPad. The bag had been thrown over a wasteland. The units were delivered to the IT Unit of the police for analysis. What intrigues most police is that the loss of these valuable tools and computer belonging to Sanjeev Lutchman was not reported to the police.

Sanjeev Lutchman also surrendered to police a list of 1,860 customers who invested in Whitedot. On the list include the method of payment (cash or check) and the amount invested. The list represents a total investment of Rs 640 million. One hundred clients are senior or senior officers of the police.

Investigators want to see more clearly the movement of money invested. During the past week, they interviewed one called Stéphane that would be a right hand ('bounce') of Sanjeev Lutchman. In his account to detectives, he said that during a trip with his boss, he would have made a delivery to a religious Beau Bassin. He gave him two bags. The detectives suspect these bags contain large amounts of cash. Faced with these new charges Sanjeev Lutchman again denied everything. He says to make frequent prayer sessions, but at no time did he made such deliveries.
