In his written complaint by the attorney Mr Hunchun Gunesh the company Fuel Cooperative Credit Union Ltd said to have advanced Rs 100 000 Marjorie Bazerque, who had pledged to repay monthly. The debtor failed to comply with its commitment and the company asked him to pay his debt, but in vain. The company has filed a complaint in Intermediate Court to demand his debt, the sum of Rs 151,229. The case will be called on May 8
Director of Je T'aime Marketing was recently adopted by the Central CID. She is suspected of defrauding Rs 1 million to a person to whom she had promised huge dividends. Marjorie Bazerque is tentatively charged with fraud. She regained her freedom against a deposit of Rs 100,000 and having signed an acknowledgment of debt of Rs 2.5 million.
Marjorie Bazerque was arrested again Friday, April 26. She meets three tentative charges of money laundering, conspiracy and fraud. She will remain in custody until May 3
