The arrest of Mr. Ravi Rutnah is linked to a DVD case on the murder of Northern Irish tourist Michaela Harte Mc Areavey. Bloodhounds want to shed light on this DVD.
The lawyer Ravi Rutnah had made an entry in the police station Pope Henessy to say he had received a DVD in a package sent anonymously. Mr Ravi Rutnah was one of the lawyers Avinash Treebhoowon in the murder of Michaela Harte. He withdrew, May 30, 2012, to attend as a witness.
CCTV of Legends hotel was projected to Assisi. He was particularly question the identity of a couple, who appears on the video recordings after the time of death of the victim. However, it turned out later that it was not the couple Mc Areavey on video.
Mr Ravi Rutnah had gotten this DVD as filed with the Treebhoowon Avinash (30) and Sandip Moonea (42) trial, both former employees of the Legends Hotel in Grand Gaube, took place at the Assises. Both were charged with the murder of Northern Irish tourist Michaela Harte Mc Areavey. She was killed January 10, 2011 in his hotel room 1025 where she was on honeymoon with her husband John Mc Areavey.
Mr. Ravi Rutnah was expected central Barracks on November 18 to give his version of events. But he did not do it was because his lawyer Rama Valayden was suffering that day.
