Murray Adair IOREC new CEO

Chan Chakravarti, CEO of the Indian Ocean Real Estate Company (IOREC), decided to return to India for personal reasons at the end of April. He will be replaced by another team member, Murray Adair. The next CEO, Murray Adair, who joined IOREC a year ago as director of development, is an architect and holds an MBA. He is known for managing complex development projects worldwide.
