The Entre Deux Cafe provides a variety of salads, non-alcoholic drinks (cocktails and coffees), cakes and fruits while Le Carnivore serves main courses for breakfast and dinner.
Amiir Vavra, owner of the cafe said that his partner, Nazim Golamaully and he had been thinking of opening these for a long time. He noted that this was not possible earlier because of the economic crisis.
“However, minister of Finance Xavier-Luc Duval’s recent budget facilitated our task. We are benefiting from schemes being provided for small and medium enterprises and also paying lower taxes,” he said.
Vavra also stated that the products served are very healthy (fresh juices, low calories cakes, salads) and are being prepared taking into consideration the people’s welfare.
“We are focussing more on providing a variety of salads because this is the trend these days.
Consumer lifestyle is changing,” he said
The owner also mentioned that the prices are affordable as they are targeting all categories.
