"In my college, for example, 50% of seats are still vacant. The list of students who are supposed to be admitted to the Universal College, 70% live in Port-Louis. This is quite understandable that they refuse to do this trip every day, " said Rajen Chumroo. He points out that "it is almost the same scenario in many private colleges."
