The contract between the developer and construction company was signed earlier this year. But it was only earlier this month that the work has finally started on the website of Real Estate Scheme (RES) Alamanda Garden. The first phase of the project include the construction of 170 units of luxury accommodation mainly for foreign customers.
Alamanda Garden, covering an area of 23 acres in Pointe aux Fruits, is located between the coastal villages of Trou aux Biches and Mon-Choisy. It is a partnership between the Company and OP Ramdenee French businessman Criseo, professional real estate sector in Europe and gave birth to the Real Estate Company of Pointe-aux-Fruits (SIPP).
SIPP embarked, therefore, in building a village of luxury retail space built which should provide more basic services to residents. Thus, besides the presence of a mini-supermarket, shops and sports facilities, residential area will also be equipped with a luxurious restaurant in height with a panoramic view of the region from Trou aux Biches in Mon-Choisy .
The project was designed in two phases. Initially, the developers planned to build 94 villas, 53 apartments and 23 luxury homes on the model of British Townhouses. The second phase would include the construction of an identical number of villas, apartments and Townhouses.
At the Board of Investment, it is argued that this project is expected to create 300 jobs during the construction phase and 170 permanent jobs once the residential area will operate at full capacity.
