Concert: Back To Basics With Mauritian All Stars

Saturday, September 1, OSB Co Ltd provides Back To the Roots Sound System with NOx in Grand Bay at 21 hours. The quartet of hip-hop, Mauritian All Stars in Paris, will be on stage in Mauritius for the second consecutive year.

Back To The Roots brings us back to the hip-hop culture in the early 2000s! "The hip-hop has evolved over the last decade. Transformed with new sounds, hip-hop has lost its originality. Back To The Roots marks a return to basics in awarding the hip-hop flavor of the day "book Choko, member Mauritian All Stars. The opportunity therefore to discover or rediscover the French hip-hop tones decorated with Mauritius.

Indeed, Mauritian All Stars is composed of four French Mauritian strains including Choko (Jerome Karjouck) Smokda (Arvine Rudhun) Mc MoriStyle (Neetin Bheeka) and Cocobeng (Alwyn Bablee). DJ Veekash is about him and dj Beatmaster of Mauritian All Stars.

The quartet will perform eight songs including their Retrospection Classics Mixtape, Aret Kass Nissa, Kick, among others. And exclusive excerpts from 'First Half', their first album, which is scheduled for release in early 2013.

The Sound System will also feature the reggae, ragga, dancehall and rap with Black Panther, Lion Ki-La Steppa Lion, G-Namik Eric and Real Rasta. DJ Krazy Master and DJ Natty will be on the decks.

Between 21 and 23 hours, the first 200 people who arrive at this musical event will receive a gift CD of original production OSB Co Ltd. The Mixtape Retrospection will also be distributed. At Rs 250 and Rs 400 for couples, tickets will be on sale at the entrance.
