IBL Acquired Robert Le Maire

Ireland Blyth Limited (IBL) will acquire the company Robert Le Maire Ltd (RLM), a company specializing in engineering, as well as its subsidiary, RLM Madagascar, and the other 60% subsidiary, Ltd. Smag. The amount of this transaction valued to Rs 130 million. This is what has approved the Board of IBL.

This acquisition, accurate IBL, will from GML Investment Ltd..Note that GML has IBL and Robert Le Maire. The reason for this acquisition is for a better complementarity between the lines of services and products RLM and companies operating in the engineering and trade IBL. The merger will be effective from 15 October 2012.

And to specify that RLM is respected for its innovative products and quality, as well as its excellent level of service. The merger between IBL and RLM, two companies focused on high performance and innovative, will push products and services to a higher level of excellence through the creation of a complete offer in the fields of engineering and trade. "This acquisition further serve to strengthen our regional ambitions in these sectors because we are able to leverage the expertise of both companies," adds Nicolas Maigrot.

LRM, incorporated in 1931, is general agent , importer, dealer and supplier of engineering and commerce. It provides, moreover, the services associated with our products.

RLM specializes in several sectors, including agro-mechanical and agrochemicals, equipment medical technology, services and industrial engineering products, the systems and equipment for the construction industry as well as tools and equipment for outdoor sports.

Smag Ltd. is the authorized distributor of the brand combines John Deere equipment and other agricultural products, Mauritius, Reunion and Madagascar.

Madagascar RLM Ltd. is a specialized supplier of medical equipment and materials, and technical monitoring in the Big Island.

Moreover, further discussions between the respective management teams will be held in the coming weeks to finalize the best strategies and actions to be taken following such redemption.
