Discussions between the two states which took place last month continued this week with the arrival of a Qatari delegation led by Rashid Zayed Al-Nuaimi, the director of the department of American affairs at the Ministry of foreign affairs.
The first group of selected candidates will leave Mauritius for Qatar during the first semester of 2013.
Although it is one of the smallest state in the middle east, Qatar registered a phenomenal growth of 18.7% in 2011.
Qatar has the third largest petroleum reserves after Russia and Iran.
