Security guards, chefs, sous chefs, pastry chefs, waiters, receptionists, bartenders, valets, Spa therapists ... These are prestigious positions for which the ship looking for staff. In total, there are 900 positions to be filled.

Chandra Seepaul Kumar, Director General (DG) of CSCS International Manning noted that this is the first time that clients recruit fifty security guards in Mauritius. For him, "the top-rated candidates for this position are those who have a minimum of two years experience in the field, especially in hotels, supermarkets or airport." Regarding the salary of a security officer, he takes in Rs 34 000 (1100 dollars) per month. That, for a minimum of 11 hours of work per day.

According Gopall Atmaram, the director of Odyssey International Mauritius, recruitment is a daily activity in the office. But for him, "This is the final interview with the client that will be decisive." That, before embarking on a journey of eight to nine months and get a salary starting at Rs 20,000, he added.
