Commercial Arbitration: Mauritius is Positioning Itself as International Center

As the business takes off in Africa, Mauritius wants to install as an international arbitration center to settle trade disputes. One thing more than a year of operation of the Mauritius International Arbitration Centre, based in Ebony.

Mauritius certainly an asset to be part of the small club of arbitration centers in the world, with a hybrid legal system, English-French bilingualism and democratic stability.
