Un Nouveau Morcellement Résidentiel à Pointe-aux-Roches

Saint Félix Sugar Estate veut se lancer dans un projet de morcellement résidentiel clôturé d’une superficie de 96 arpents à Pointe-aux-Roches.

Le site est situé dans le district de Savanne. Selon le promoteur, ce projet de morcellement est stratégiquement bien situé entre les villages de Chemin-Grenier et Surinam.

En outre, ce projet est situé tout près d’une zone touristique et de loisirs. Une plage publique se trouve, d’ailleurs, pas très loin. Ce projet de morcellement consiste en la mise en vente de 300 lopins de terre dont 297 seront consacrés aux particuliers. Un lopin de terre sera réservé à des commerces et un autre aux espaces verts. Le promoteur du projet a sollicité le ministère de l’Environnement pour pouvoir aller de l’avant avec ledit projet.

Le morcellement qui sera construit sera pourvu d’une infrastructure routière efficiente reliée à la Black River Savanne Coastal Road. Le promoteur a déjà obtenu son Land Conversion Permit pour tout le projet. “The proposed morcellement would consist of 304 lots comprising 297 residential lots, 1 commercial lot, 1 lot earmarked for residential cum commercial purposes, 4 lots for apartments and 1 main green space.

The commercial activities will primarily service the residential morcellement and the surrounding touristic areas”, note le document du promoteur qui a été soumis au ministère de l’Environnement. On peut aussi y lire que : “All lots will be serviced by an efficient road network which would be linked to the Black River Savanne Coast Road. A Land Conversion permit for the whole site has already been obtained from the Ministry of Agro-Industry and Food Security. Clearances from CEB, CWA, Wastewater management authority have been obtained from the ministry of Agro-Industry and Food security”. Des consultations sur le projet ont également eu lieu avec le mi-nistère du Logement et des terres dans le cadre de la réalisation de ce projet.
