Ray Breslin is an engineer specializing in building hi-tech prisons which we do not escape. Because he feels himself their effectiveness by being there and then get shut escaping. It is associated with Lester Clark and their business is booming. When the CIA made them an offer of millions of dollars to test their latest model ulta-security prison that even the location is top secret, Breslin accepts the contract despite its principles. Under the false identity of a terrorist named Portos, it is captured in New Orleans. But on the way, his captors asleep and he remove the micro-transmitter implanted in his arm. Breslin when he wakes up he is in a completely transparent cell in a giant building filled with similar cells, each containing an inmate. During the walk, he met another inmate, Emil Rottmayer who seems to know a lot about him. The two work together to identify weaknesses in their prison. And in doing so, Breslin learns that their prison is managed by an organization linked to the notorious Blackwater. He also learns that his partner has collected a fortune to make them disappear ...
