Circle Square is not in the middle of nowhere, it is in the middle of everywhere. This is what Barry Wessels, development director of the Indian Ocean Real Estate Company (IOREC), had to say during the launch of Circle Square Retail Park project at the Lemon Tree Café, Forbach on Wednesday.
The commercial park which will be situated at Forbach will consist of six distinct sections namely the Motor City, Home Scene, Wellness Arena, Retail Park, Leisure Zone and Business Esplanade.
The first phase of construction consisting of the Motor City and the Home Scene will be ready in May 2012 while the second one, which will start in September 2011, is scheduled for October 2012.
Murray Adair, chief executive officer of IOREC said that Circle Square will be a long term solution to the needs and expectations of consumers.
“Our aim is to offer the best product to customers. I am proud that this dream is turning into reality; a new universe will be accessible to all. Mauritius deserves the best of everything in the world,” he added.
Arnaud Lagesse, president of the administrative council of IOREC stated that IOREC cares for the environment and there is a social aspect in everything they undertake.
“We consider sustainable development in all of our projects. The IOREC team distinguishes itself through this as also by its professionalism and international experience,” said the president.
The Circle Square project is in collaboration with GML and Actis, both shareholders of IOREC, the Ministry of Finance and the District Council of Pamplemousses-Riviere du Rempart.
