ENL Investment buys 5.2% of shares in Rogers

The company bought 1.31 million shares in Rogers & Co. on Aug. 23

ENL Investment Ltd. (ENIT), a Mauritius investment company, boosted its stake in Rogers & Co. after buying 5.2 percent of its traded shares, said Virginie Corneillet, head of legal and corporate affairs of ENL Group.

The company bought 1.31 million shares in Rogers & Co. on Aug. 23, Corneillet said by phone today from Port Louis, the capital. The purchase increases ENL Investment’s direct, and indirect stake through a holding company, in Rogers to 31.7 percent, she said.

ENL Investment was unchanged at 36 rupees by the 2:30 p.m. close in Port Louis.
