Agaléga: Recreation Center Development with a cost Over a Million Rupees

The 300 inhabitants of Agalega will enjoy an amusement park at a cost of over one million rupees which will cover ten acres. A project of the Outer Island Development Corporation (IDOC) will be completed in nine months. This recreation center, said a senior official of the IDOC, will be equipped with a swimming pool, a gazebo, a jogging area and a green space that will house native trees.

"This is the first creative center to be built in Agalega. We recognize that people have little leisure in this island. That's why we want to provide facilities for relaxation and entertainment, "says this part of the IDOC.
