RHT: 5,000 shares to new directors
The Board of Rose-Hill Transport Holding comes to endorse the decision to grant a greater number of shares to new directors to be appointed. So after two months of service, these directors will receive 5,000 shares of the company. RHT is listed on the DEM.
LFL declares its dividends
Livestock Feed Ltd has declared its dividend payable June 30, 2012. Finally Rodrigues arrives with Rs 740,125.
