Hotel Omnicane Near Airport

The group that started in the sugar, Omnicane, implements its announced intention to'' open a hotel near the airport. He is prepared to invest Rs 820 million, of which Rs 520 million of foreign capital.
The group has obtained the label 'Holiday Inn' for its new facility. Negotiations are underway with Intercontinental Hotel Group, owner of the label, to obtain the name 'Holiday Inn'.
The new facility will have 140 rooms, 7 executive suites and 2 senior suites. It will also count seven conference rooms and banquet facilities.
Nothing has been forgotten: the hotel will also include a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, a fitness center. The hotel will be built on a concept of ground floor plus 3 but with a height of 15 meters from the ground.
Fully operational, the facility will provide employment for 150 people.
