Saving Power: The Draft Nightly Rates Shorted
The Central Electricity Board (CEB) designed draft to encourage customers not to use high-energy devices at peak appears stumbling over financial constraints.

The report on the economy at peak hours - between 18 hours and 21 hours - was put in the fridge. The major reason advanced: financial constraints.

This project was to be launched on a pilot basis and concerned, at first, in which 1500 families of electronic meters should be installed.
