Judge Eddy Balancy up the "Gagging Order" on Nandanee Soornack Privacy
In a judgment delivered in chambers, this Wednesday, February 6, Judge Eddy Balancy, lifted the "gagging order" issued by the judge Bushan Domah a month ago, at the request of the Labour Party activist (PTr) Nandanee Soornack .
