Dev Manraj Appointed as Financial Secretary

After the resignation of Ali Monsoor as Financial Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Dev Manraj is the new owner.
The cause of his age (64 in March) and his health was believed that he would refuse to replace Ali Mansoor at the helm. But since Tuesday, October 8, 2013, Dev Manraj indeed occupies the post of Financial Secretary.
Dev Manraj had already been appointed to this position in 1990. Then, he was responsible for the Project Monitoring and Delivery Unit of the Prime Minister's Office on enforcement projects 2012-2015 government program.
