" A situation alarming . " Thus the Vacoas weather station qualifies rain that fell on the south this Saturday, November 23. About 74 mm rains was recorded in less than two hours, causing floods in various places.
74 mm recorded in less than two hours in southern rain. Result: several houses were flooded, Saturday, Nov. 23, at Rose-Belle and New Grove as well as in other villages. Firefighters were called several times.
Showers that hit the south between 13.00 and 14. 30, are considered " alarming "by the weather station of Vacoas. However, it provides a milder weather during the night.
