Tables d’Hote and Pubs: Strengthened Regulations Before Licensing

New criteria taken into account before granting operating licenses to pubs and tables d’hôte specifically targeting tourists. Besides safety, the entertainment aspect is also taken into account.
The Tourism Authority puts more emphasis on housing conditions and development of Tables d’hôte and pubs. The Council of Ministers has been involved, Friday, Dec. 6, new criteria that will be considered before granting Tourist Enterprise Licence.
To notably to ensure that the building, equipment, layout and furnishings are in good condition. Sanitary conditions and safety standards which operate in these pubs and tables d’hôte will also be studied carefully. Another requirement that provides additional pubs nightlife for tourists and tables d’hote, authentic cuisine, while offering them a unique cultural experience.
