Choolhun Resigned from the Tourism Authority

The position of Manager of the Cleaning and Embellishment unit in the Tourism Authority is vacant since the end of last week. This, after the resignation of Bob Choolhun, former president district council Moka-Flacq, who held the position in TA since 27 December.
He currently serves as an advisor to the District Council of Flacq. And Bob Choolhun was also manager of the Cleaning and Embellishment unit in Tourism Authority (TA). However, he had to resign from the post.
His resignation follows news in lexpress that reported non-compliance with the Local Govt Act 2011, taking employment at TA. Article 16 (c) of the new law clearly states that no village or municipal advisor may sit within a local authority if he is serving in an office of the State, a local authority or in a corporation or an organization funded entirely by the state. This is the case of the TA.
