Ring Road: Consultant Refuses to Submit Reports

Arab Consulting Engineering , which has the plane of the Ring Road , denies any wrongdoing on his part. While tests are underway to determine the causes of cracks that appeared there, he refused to submit the data on which it is based to the design.
