Footballer Anders Lindegaard Marries His Swedish Model WAG Misse Beqiri in Mauritius Beach Ceremony

The 30-year-old star took to his Twitter account to reveal it was the 'best day' of his life and to thank guests for turning up to the event.

He wrote: 'Best day of our lives! Thanks to everyone there for making it so special.'

The Danish shot-stopper's wife also took to the social networking site to celebrate her special day.

She wrote: 'Luckiest girl In the world (sic)'

The couple were seen celebrating their marriage, which took place last week, by sharing a kiss on the lips on the beach.

Brunette beauty Misse looked stunning in her strapless wedding gown, while Anders looked dapper in a suit.

The Danish star is no stranger to writing about Misse on his social networking account and posted a link to her Instagram account earlier this year.

In a message, he wrote: 'Street smart and drop dead gorgeous. Thank god she’s mine.'

The couple have 18-month-old son Julian together and have been together since 2011.

Anders signed for Manchester United in 2010 but has struggled to hold down a first-team place, making just 19 appearances for the Red Devils.
