As every year after the Higher School Certificate examinations, the Overseas Education Centre (OVEC), which has more than thirteen years in counseling youth wishing to pursue higher education abroad, organizes its Education Fair.

The 2013 fair will host representatives from almost all continents. The most popular among Mauritians universities will again present: the University of Nottingham (UK, Malaysia and China), Curtin (Australia, Singapore and Malaysia), Swinburne (Australia & Malaysia), Brunel, UCLAN and UH (UK) Humber, FIC / Simon Frazer University, ICM / University of Manitoba, Seneca (Canada), Nanjing Medical, Jinan (China), HELP and Swinburne (Australia & Malaysia), among others. Others will be at the show for the first time: UNB (University of New Brunswick, Canada), Taylor's University Malaysia, Nanjing Audit University to study accounting or SP Jain, a business school that has branches Singapore, Dubai and Australia and has the dual distinction of providing a truly international program (course spread in 2 or 3 countries) and very attractive scholarships, graduate.

All training, technical and academic, from plumbing to medicine through aeronautical engineering are offered. Those who do not have the required level to enter the first academic year have the opportunity to make a "foundation" or "fast track diploma." Their representatives will inform Mauritian aspiring students on curriculum, methods of recruitment and qualifications.

Another important aspect of the Fair OVEC is that many young people with brilliant results in HSC have been successful in the past in obtaining grants in these universities. In this context, the OVEC encourages youth to learn from representatives. As always, the show will offer young Mauritians fortunate to have tickets fixed-price, insurance and travel cards free thanks to its partnership with travel agencies and international students have a 50% discount on their bank charges when borrowing MCB Campus. Admission free serta. Note that OVEC does not charge any fees. For more information, visit www.ovec.ms or call 433 9800 Dorish Chitson in Moka or Franky at 208 8909 in Port-Louis.
