Given its cultural diversity, economic stability and respect for democratic values, Mauritius is positioning itself as the gateway to Africa. The project consists of 920,000 square metres of built space and will generate employment equivalent to about 23 million labour hours during the construction phase.
In its operational phase, Neotown plans to offer 10,000 permanent job opportunities.
