MPL Launches 5th Edition Of ‘Lettre Au Père Noël’

In order to encourage children to develop the art of writing, Mauritius Post Limited (MPL) launched the fifth edition of ‘Lettre au Père Noël’ (Letter to Santa Claus) on Thursday at the Mauritius Post Museum, Port Louis.
Through this initiative, the MPL also aims to promote moments of complicity between children and their parents. Present at the function were president of the board of MPL, Arnaud Godère and chief executive officer Giandev Moteea. “The best letters will be rewarded, but above all the child can enjoy the magic of Christmas at this stage of life when he can afford to dream,” said Moteea. The contest is open to children of all ages from Mauritius and Rodrigues. Santa will respond to each child.
The theme for this year is ‘The most beautiful Christmas’.
