Mauritius And Congo Sign Economic Cooperation Agreement

Mauritius and Congo on Tuesday signed a partnership agreement in Mauritius for the establishment of the Congolese agency for investment promotion.

The president of the Board of Investment in Mauritius, Maurice Lam and the Congolese minister of Industrial development and promotion of private sector, Rodolpho Adada, signed the agreement.

Mr Adada is presently participating in the conference of the Board of Investment on private investment in Africa in Mauritius.

According to the agreement, Mauritius will help the Congolese government set up a Board of Investment to promote investment in the central African country
