New Court House: False Bomb Alert

A wave of panic swept through the New Court House, Port Louis on Tuesday morning .The cause: a bomb threat. However, the Bomb Disposal Unit who spent combs for the corners of the building found that it was the work of a prankster.
The New Court House building, housing several courts, was evacuated shortly before 10 am this Tuesday, July 9 after a bomb threat was called. It is the police station on the ground floor of the building received an anonymous call informing them that there was a bomb inside.
The Intermediate Court hearings in District Court in Industrial Court and Family Court were immediately postponed and in a short time the building was evacuated. However, after thoroughly inspected the courtrooms and corridors, the Bomb Disposal Unit of the Special Mobile Force (SMF) found that the warning was given nothing but a bad joke taste. It is noted that the trial of criminal Boskalis was on the agenda. Moreover, the activities have returned to normal.
