Grade 7 Enrollment Exercise For January 2024 Begins This Week

The parents concerned are asked to go to the school their child is currently attending on Wednesday July 12, 2023 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The following documents will be given to them:

• an informative brochure on Grade 7 admission procedures;
• an explanatory guide concerning the registration of their child in Grade 7 in a secondary school in January 2024;
• the original and a copy of the registration form.

Parents will be invited by the school director to a meeting during which they will receive information and explanations on the registration procedures and the admission exercise. The day and time of this meeting will be communicated to them by the school principal.

Parents must complete and return the original registration form to the school director no later than Friday, August 4, 2023. To this end, they must come to school with the form, duly completed, and their ID card.

NOTE: School staff will be available to advise and guide parents who need help completing their form.
