Issue of three new banknotes with hologram images

The Bank of Mauritius announces the issuance of a new series of banknotes of Rs 200, Rs 500 and Rs 1000. The launch will be from October 14 and tickets will be in circulation concurrently with the tickets today.
The Central Bank, the new banknotes will have enhanced security features. Holograms will appear on the new notes. On the notes of Rs 200 is the image of a sleep that will appear. On the ticket of Rs 500, the fine line of security built into the thickness of the tickets will disappear, leaving in its place a hologram of deer and the face value of tickets written in multi-image technology.
On the ticket of Rs 1000 is still the technology of holographic image that will be used, but in its most advanced version, which gives depth perception to the image. The image used will be the headquarters of the Central Bank, the BoM Tower, and a key. According to figures from the Central Bank dated August 2011, the total value of Rs 200 notes in circulation would be Rs 1 4 billion, the Rs 500 notes of Rs 2.5 billion would approach while tickets for Rs 1000 in the circuit, it would approach the Rs 14.5 billion.
