Mauritius Kite Jam Sports & Music Festival: 300 kite enthusiasts around the Morne

Maurice has earned a considerable part on the world map of surfing. The second edition of the Mauritius Kite Jam Sports & Music Festival which began on October 20 at the beach of Le Morne and ends November 5 hosts a group of 300 Russian kite surfers.
Increase more visibility of Mauritius in Russia, combining sport with music and luxury travel. It is the objective of the Russian Kiting Association in collaboration with the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA), presenting the second edition of the Mauritius Kite Jam Festival in 2011. This event which started on October 20 on the beach of Le Morne last until 5 November. It brings together a group of 300 surfers and kite surfing, including famous athletes, businessmen, celebrities and VIP Russian. The sport is especially young sports enthusiasts and other high income. The first edition of the Mauritius Kite Jam was held in 2010 and was attended by 200 invited professional and amateur sports enthusiasts and leisure luxury. This appointment had raised a high interest for the Mauritian destination in the community of surfers in Russia.
