After a first successful collaboration last September, the gourmets will be delighted to find the head of Willibald Reinbacher Shanti Maurice and Philippe Jégo, starred chef of the restaurant "The Fisherman" Cap d'Antibes Beach Hotel, Relais & Châteaux in Antibes from 17 to 21 December 2011 for a gastronomic week under the theme of the sea and creativity.

Three menus are specially designed for the occasion and will be offered alternately at the Stars restaurant, gourmet restaurant where Willibald Reinbacher offers a cuisine with Mauritius and South Africa (Cape Town, in particular) and the Fish & Rhum Shack, which honors to the world of piracy in a rustic chic on the beach.
This week will be punctuated by cooking classes and tastings orchestrated by Philippe Jégo, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, who will share in a small group expertise and passion for gastronomy.
This unusual duo heads a new program promises to be discovered in the tropics:
- Saturday, December 17: Philippe Jégo sign a gala dinner at the restaurant Stars
- Sunday, December 18: cooking classes and wine tasting by Philippe Jégo of 9:30 to 12:00.
- Monday December 19: menu devised and directed by leaders Willibald Reinbacher and Philippe Jégo at Fish & Rhum Shack ephemeral restaurant located on the beach from the hotel.
