The Tour KoeningH: Inauguration of 40 Housing Units for SMEs

SMEs (Small and medium enterprises) have a new park to set up their activities. It was inaugurated in La Tour Koenig by Finance Minister Xavier-Luc Duval. Were also present on the occasion Minister Jim and Dawn Seetaram Perrault, PPS of the place.

During his speech, Xavier-Luc Duval explained that the project was materialized "in record time." In Budget 2012, the Government announced a supply of Rs 350 million for the construction of 175 units for scattered five sites (Roche Bois, Plaine Magnien, La Tour Koenig, Solitude and Valletta) SMEs. To date, the parks have sprung up in Roche-Bois and La Tour Koenig. Forty units are under construction in Valletta and 80 others will be available soon at Plaine Magnien well as Solitude.

Note that 37 of the 40 units of La Tour Koenig have already been sold."The government is interested in SMEs for the democratization of the economy, but also because it is a way to fight against poverty," said the minister.
