Back to school 2024: admission to establishments this Wednesday

Tomorrow, Thursday, all students will go to class for the start of classes. The first quarter will end on April 5 and continue with the second quarter, which begins on April 22.

The third term, which will begin on August 12 for secondary and August 19 for primary, will end on October 30 and November 6 respectively.

Remember that the 2024 school year will be marked by free preschool and many challenges, such as the newly introduced Bright Up Program for students who have failed the National Certificate Education, to be met.

2024 School Calendar

All other classes will start the first term and therefore the 2024 school year the following day, Thursday January 11, 2024.

The first term will end on April 5 and primary and secondary students will benefit from two weeks off before starting the second term on April 22, 2024.

The second term will end on Friday July 19. Primary school students will then have four weeks off before resuming with the third and final term on Monday August 19, 2024.

In addition, secondary school students will be entitled to three weeks of vacation before starting the third term on Monday August 12, 2024.

The 2024 school year for primary school students will end on Wednesday November 6, 2024, while secondary school students will end the school year on Wednesday October 30, 2024.
