Bank of Mauritius: Rajeev Hasnah and Gérad Sanspeur confirmed

The Bank of Mauritius issued a statement on Tuesday, December 3, to confirm the appointment of Rajeev Hasnah as First Deputy Governor and Gérard Sanspeur as Second Deputy Governor, effective Monday.

They were appointed by the President of the Republic, Prithvirajsingh Roopun, on the recommendation of Prime Minister, Navin Ramgoolam, under Section 14 of the Bank of Mauritius Act 2004.

They will assist the new governor, Rama Sithanen.
