Private sector organisations from around the region will be meeting from today to learn more about the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) to help them to make the most of new trade opportunities.
The two-day Indian Ocean Regional TRINNEX (Trade and Investment Nexus) event will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Balaclava, and will be opened by Dr Arvin Boolell, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade.
The workshop will bring together participants from the private sector of Comoros, Reunion, Madagascar, the Seychelles and Mauritius.
Alessandro Mariani, Head ofDelegation, European Delegation in Mauritius, will address the participants.
